Finished up a great two days of our annual kids camp! Coach Ferg is keeping with Coach Kington’s tradition of a little basketball Simon Says for cash at the end of each day! We had an outstanding group of kiddos again this year. Thank you to all the parents who signed their kids up. Our players truly enjoy working the camp.

Held the annual basketball banquet tonight. Tough to say goodbye to this amazing group of seniors. They have accomplished so much since their freshman year. Coach Ferg has been telling them to water the bamboo for four years. They believed in what Coach told them and it paid off. They managed to surprise Coach Ferg with some amazing shoes. If you don’t know, shoes are ’s love language.

The Panthers magical season came to an end on March 18th when they fell to Knox Fulton in the state quarterfinals at the Murphy Center on the beautiful campus of MTSU.

So much to be proud and thankful for. Champions. MVP’s. And finishing the season with a school record of 28-7. 💜 It’s going to be hard to say goodbye to all 9 of our seniors, but what a way to go out fellas!!!

We had a surprise guest at the end of practice today! stopped in before speaking at the FCA Banquet to offer some words of encouragement before we head to state! Kane was one of favorite wrestlers growing up!

He reminded the team just how special it is to even reach the state tournament. He said there is a very small percentage of high school athletes that actually make it this far. What they’ve done is special.

REMINDER - TOMORROW!!!

Panthers fans let’s line the street!!! 🚌 💜🏀

The team bus will leave PHS at 12:00 and drive down College Street. Right onto Highway 109. We are asking the community to take a few minutes of their day to line the sidewalks and cheer our team on as they head to the State Tournament for the first time since 2003!!
