I admire your willingness and work ethic, not only with showing up for you in your sessions, but also in your nourishing choices and growth in self - love. You are an inspiration Kimberly, and I’m honored to cheer you on in your journey.
6 months ago, Kimberly lived in constant shoulder pain and debilitating back issues. She attended 5-6 classes a week, yet her impressive diligence had her in physical and adrenal fatigue. Today, Kimberly is still diligent, but also intentional. Together, we have optimized her routine : strength training 3 days a week, SIT / HIIT 2 days a week, and active recovery (walks outside) 2 days a week. She is now mostly pain free, and feels stronger and more confident than ever.
Midlife is an opportunity. We can move away from expectations that don’t serve us anymore, and let ourselves know our strength and worth in a deeper, more empowering way.
