My name is Archie and I like to do stretches and exercises with my Lady. I get my cardio by galloping up and down the hallway. In fact, I am the fastest runner in San Francisco for my age and weight group! About my Lady:

Josie has been teaching Pilates for over fifteen years in California and Oregon. She started student teaching in 2004 after being introduced to the Pilates mat work. In 2006 she was certified by Ellie Herman Studios in San Francisco on all the equipment and mat exercises. Josie enjoys working with all fitness levels as well as people with injuries and back pain. She also teaches dance based fitness and barre fusion classes.
