We teach Mo Duk Pai - a modern martial art encompassing compassion, confidence, competence and courage. We use offensive striking, kicking, throwing, grappling, weaponry, derived from jiu-jitsu, kajukenbo, arnis, karate and other sources, for street and tournament scenarios. Hello friends
I just wanted to pass on some info on a new program we will be starting here in January.

I received some feedback from members and the community regarding the lack of female representation so I will be starting a pilot program in December.

These classes will be taught by my friend Michelle. She’s a wonderful martial artist and has been involved in the scene for decades now. She will be teaching 2 classes in December: one on the 3rd and one on the 10th starting at 3:00 pm- 4:30pm. These classes will focus on movement, martial arts, self-defense, friendship, and fun.

All mothers of students who train here get a discount price of $15 for one class or $25 for both. For everyone else, the price will be $20 drop-in or $35 for both. Please wear something you can get sweaty in and be prepared to kick some face.

I’m excited to introduce and welcome more women to martial arts.
