Just a little snippet into what velocity-based training is and how I use it in my training. Velocity-based training has shifted entirely how I approach strength training in order to keep my athletes healthy, injury-free and continuing to see strength gains in the gym and crush any aesthetic goals outside of the gym. I will continue to share more ways I use this in my training, as I could speak on the importance of this style of training for hours. For now, here is a little intro.
