Body positivity is so important! I’ve been more in tuned with my fitness goals than ever before. I am slowly loving the body I am in, but we are just getting started! This hot girl summer body is coming out to play. Just wait y’all!! 😈👌🏻

We have always been conditioned to criticize our bodies and picking apart every flaw we do not like about ourselves.

Stop comparing yourself to others! Take pictures of yourself in the mirror and admire everything you love about yourself. Be in the present moment. Remember self love is the best love so be mindful on how you treat yourself. Treat your body like an absolute temple and just enjoy the journey.

Most importantly don’t forget to love yourself. At the end of the day the only person you have day in and day out is yourself. So be kind. ❤️

2021 was without a doubt the toughest year I’ve had thus far. Having two losses back to back within months apart ruined me. The first few months of 2021 I felt nothing, but numb. I realized that it was okay to reach out for professional help, so I decided to try out therapy through Better Help. One of the best decisions I made. Having someone to talk to about what you are going through without any judgment. Eventually it did get a lot better! There is no time frame on grief etc.

As you get older it’s quite rough to put yourself out there and make new friends! I joined a few Facebook groups where it’s just women that live in NYC. I heard about this event called No More Lonely Friends and wanted to go. But of course I didn’t want to go alone. 😂 So I reached out on the page and met up with a few ladies! Low and behold when you put yourself out there you can make new friends! I also tried Bumble BFF which isn’t too shabby either. Definitely better than Bumble Dating, but don’t even get me started on that. I’ve made new friends, lost some friends, and have OG’s that have stuck by me. Appreciate y’all!

Towards the end of the year I went to Florida quite a lot. I learned that I love to travel alone by myself. Just the rush of the airplane taking of and when you are in the sky it’s absolutely breathtaking. The world is truly so big and we are just living in it.

As 2021 comes to an end I’m just grateful to be alive and to have lived another year. As we all know with this pandemic not many people got that privilege.

Ringing in the new year, it’s going to be a new year with a new perspective! Cheers to the new year and I’m stoked for all the adventures to come! Especially Bali in July! 😍 And hmm maybe even Greece in June. 😏 I can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store for me. It’s nothing, but up from here. The world is my freaking oyster. 🦪 Going to keep my goals hush hush for now. Grinding it out. ❤️🙏🏻 I appreciate my friends and family who have stuck by me through thick and thin. Y’all are the G.O.AT.
