What a weekend, we started the weekend by splitting up, we had three outlaws head to Kinross Speedpark and Mason Metzger headed to Kalamazoo Speedway with his template late model to race on Friday night. Mason would qualify with a solid 2nd place effort and once again start deep in the field and drove up to a 4th place finish to continue his strong runs. As soon as the races were over they loaded up and headed north to make practice at Kinross where the other part of the team had practiced Friday night. After getting used to the track we went right to qualifying where Philip Bozell ended up 2nd quick, Bryce Bozell Was 5th quick and Mason would be 17th after very little practice. A long hard fought race found Bryce in 5th at the end, Mason in 12th and Phil in 13th with some minor damage! Mason would be awarded the Rookie of the race award to start his first Reveal The Hammer race season! We want to thank all of our family and friends who made this weekend possible as it takes an army and we are fortunate to have an amazing group around us! Also to all of our continued partners who make this possible!

Huge shout out to all the people from Kinross Speedpark and the Reveal the Hammer staff for making all this possible there was alot of hard work behind the scenes by the Kinross staff and it’s much appreciated!

Weekend race update from Mason Metzger and Bryce Bozell! They both had a great weekend of racing and continue to work hard! Thanks to all of our continued partners and supporters of our race team and a huge thanks to everyone who helps get our cars ready and help us get to the track every weekend!

Long post alert!
We started the weekend off at Kalamazoo Speedway Friday night. Bryce Bozell would qualify 2nd and end up 4th in the feature, Mason Metzger would qualify 5th and end up 9th in the feature after a huge invert in the template late model race. Was a great night for both drivers as they brought the cars home clean! We headed to the shop to unload cars and load some more up to head to Owosso Speedway Saturday for the Bob Finley Memorial race, Philip Bozell would be driving the Tony LeClair number 8 car, Bryce Bozell would be driving the RC Sales and Leasing 04 car and Mason Metzger would be driving The Andy Bozell number 83 for his outlaw late model debut. Practice went well and all three cars picked up speed as the day went on Bryce was top our cars in qualifying ending up 8th, Phil was 9th and Mason ended up 23rd quick for his first ever time in an outlaw. After a long and crazy race Phil finished 6th, Mason ended up 14th for an impressive outlaw late model debut in this field of cars and Bryce had a dnf with mechanical issues after a really strong start to the race. All and all a great weekend and a huge learning curve for Bryce and Mason. A huge thanks to our continued partners of our race team and all of our friends and family who help make this possible to do every weekend!

Bryce Bozell had a great opening night at Kalamazoo Speedway and a strong start to the season! He and Mason Metzger are scheduled to race Friday night at Kalamazoo Speedway as long as the weather cooperates!

2026 Tentative Race Schedule!!

Andy Bozell will run a limited schedule this year, piloting both the Doug Lane owned #59 Template Late Model and his legendary #83 Outlaw Super Late Model at select events.

Phil Bozell will focus on premier Outlaw Super Late Model competition in the Tony Leclair owned #8, including a full season in the Reveal The Hammer and at Owosso Speedway. He may also make appearances in the Doug Lane #59 and possibly jump into a few Modified or Limited Late Model events for longtime friend Mike Shewchuck.

Bryce Bozell will chase as many premier Outlaw Super Late Model events as possible in the Randy Chupp owned #04. On Friday nights, he’ll also compete at Kalamazoo Speedway in the Limited Late Model division.

Mason Metzger will return full time to Kalamazoo Speedway in his black #83 Template Late Model, with potential appearances at Owosso Speedway as well. Depending on his progress throughout the season, Mason may also branch out into other classes during the 2026 season.
