Massive congratulations to Coach Matt who has just completed his USSF B License. Coach Matt started at Mako in our Pre Academy and has since coached a number of teams including the 2010/11 Girls and 2011 Boys.

For the 2026/27 Coach Matt will be heading up the U16 Boys age group and we are sure that he’ll be putting some of that education into practice.

As always, Mako fully support all of our coaches as they continue their journey through the sport as we believe this is invaluable to all of our players.

All of our age group head coaches have minimum of the USSF D License and we expect many of them to have the C License by the end of the season.

Congratulations to our Mako U13 players Arie and Brooklyn who have been selected to play for Florida ODP in the South Regional Event next month.

These girls are part of Coach Dwayne’s successful U13 girls team this season and represent Mako with pride.

All right, less than 24 hours away so excited! Don't forget to mention Mako Soccer Club at Miller's ale house St. Lucie West location, USA kicks off at 3 PM versus Australia and then Brazil versus Haiti at 8 PM. Get your raffle tickets at the door $10 apiece.

Mako Soccer Club Community — We Are So Excited!

The support from our community has been incredible. So many local businesses and supporters have donated amazing raffle items for our upcoming FIFA World Cup Watch Party fundraisers!

Most importantly, all proceeds benefit the Mako Soccer Club Scholarship Fund for the 2026/2027 season, helping local youth players who need financial assistance continue playing the game they love.

** Mako Summer Camp - SPACES STILL AVAILABLE **

Mako’s Summer Camp is less than a month away now - spaces re filling up fast.

We will be doing all four weeks INDOORS at City Soccer and have full and half day options.

Week 1 - July 6th-July 10th
Week 2 - July 13th-July 17th
Week 3 - July 20th-July 24th
Week 4 - July 27th-July 31st

Cost is $250 full day (9am-4pm) or $150 half day (9am-12noon)

We do have a cap on the number of players we can sign up each week so make sure you get registered sooner rather than later. Camp is open for players born between 2019 and 2012.

We will be using TeamSnap for this so you can use the same email that you did for tryout registration.

**Mako Summer Rec**

Registration is now open for Mako’s Summer Rec starting on Wednesday 22nd July.

This is a more relaxed version of our recreational program and is open to all - it’s a great chance for the kids to get some exercise and practice in before school starts. The price will be $80 for the 4 week season and includes a game shirt.

All games will be at McChesney Park.

Practice / Game times will be -

U04 through U8 6:00 - 6:45pm - Wednesday & Friday
U10 through U14/HS 7:00 - 8:00pm - Wednesday & Friday
