😬🥎 O NOOO! A passed ball between the legs is DOOM for young catchers! 💀😂

🧤 THE QUICK FIX: 1️⃣ Glove down! 2️⃣ One knee down! 3️⃣ Other knee down!

🔥 Get low, block it up, and keep the ball in front! Every catcher has to learn the basics! 💪🥎

💥 POWER HITTING SECRET 5: HANDS PAST THE BASEBALL⚾️🔥

Keep your hands just past the inside of the baseball to prevent your arms from flying out and keep your swing connected!💪

🎯 Stay connected. Keep your hands inside. Unlock your power!

⚾️ Try it out and let us know how it feels in the comments👇

The mistake we fix most: Head Drift! The drill we use: pointing the head to the tee or to a ball. Save this for practice night.

⚾️ PITCHERS, TRY THIS! 🔥

Which gives you better balance: toe pointed IN or straight ahead? 👀

🎯 WHY WE TEACH TOE POINTED IN:

Better balance creates a more stable delivery. When pitchers stay balanced, they can keep their head still and their eyes steady, helping them stay locked in on the target.

👀 Steady eyes = better visual focus. ⚖️ Better balance = more control. 🎯 More consistency = a more repeatable delivery.

Small adjustments can make a big difference in your pitching mechanics. Find what helps you stay balanced, repeat your delivery, and consistently attack the zone!

🥁🎶⚾️ Catch the rhythm. Own the footwork.

The catcher’s 2-step isn’t just a dance—it’s training with purpose! 🔥

Adding rhythm to baseball training helps athletes connect their footwork to their internal clock, build timing, improve coordination, and move with intention. When the rhythm becomes natural, the movements become more instinctive. 💪

Train the rhythm. Trust the timing. Own every step.🧢

🎯 BEFORE ➡️ AFTER

❌ Before: Head drifts forward, restricting full rotation and closing the hitting window too early.

✅ After: Head stays back over the back knee, allowing for better rotation and keeping the hitting window open longer. 💥⚾️

Better positions = more time to do damage!
