When the game speeds up, your breathing can slow everything down.
A simple 6-2-4 breathing reset can reduce stress, sharpen focus and improve decision making in big moments.

➡️ Breathe in for 6
➡️ Hold for 2

Then reset your mindset with a positive affirmation:
