This week is filled with Siren Adventures! Tuesday we have open practice at the Port Isabel Laguna Madre Youth Center, Thursday is open practice in Laguna Vista by Dollar General, Saturday is open strength training w Iron Disciples Barbell Club & some Sirens will be heading to the ocean to help with this monthsSPI BEACH CLEAN UP after the workout! It’s a great time to be a 🧜🏽‍♀️🧜🏼‍♂️🌊💕 Hope to see you out!

We are currently recruiting Women 17+ for our upcoming 2027 spring season!!! 🤩 We offer a No cost program that is more than just a football team. We are a family. We offer year round athletic programs here in Laguna vista/Port Isabel/SPI area. Year round activities include Full contact football, Flag football, Volleyball ball, community service, team building events, workouts, kayaking, dolphin watches, and much more. 🧜‍♀️ 🏈 🙏 🏋️‍♀️ 🐬 🏝️
