When I first said yes to bringing Show Up For Her to our community, it was because I believe the women here deserve a space to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with what matters most, and leave stronger than they arrived.

For months, Karen wrestled with a question.

Should she stay where she was comfortable...
..or take the leap into a new chapter?

Instead of looking for someone to tell her what to do, she gave herself the space to find her own answer.

Here's what she shared with us:

"The first day of the conference challenged me to honestly evaluate my current situation and acknowledge what I truly wanted.
