Congrats to two our girls who were voted as All State honors at the meeting by other coaches from all over the state.

Senior Captain Abigail Ruckwardt was voted First Team All-State Defense!

Sophomore Captain Brynn Groseth was voted Second Team All-State Midfield!

Playoffs are here! The Lady Islanders are hosting the Bruton Panthers in the Region 2A Quarterfinals at 6:00pm!

Playoff time for the Lady Islanders! As Bruton won their opening match, the ladies will open up at Poquoson Middle School on Thursday at 6p versus Bruton!

Good luck to the Girls Soccer team as they have earned the #1 seed in the Regional Tournament! The road to Salem starts here. 🤘

The Lady Islanders wrapped up the regular season on Wednesday and finished 12-5. Today, the ladies learned they are the top seed in the region as we turn to playoff mode.

Regionals start next week with a Thursday home game at 6:00p against Bruton/Westmoreland winner!

The Lady Islanders join the boys team as they all head up to West Point for joint Varsity matches.

AMENDED GAME TIMES!

Final regular season home game! The Lady Islanders are home for the last time this regular season as we host the Packers of Smithfield for JV and Varsity matches. Kickoffs are set for 6:30/8:00pm. Playoff push is on!

Senior Night was was so special tonight. Not only did we celebrate 9 Seniors and their families, the ladies won 8-0 against Arcadia. ⚽️

What made it even more special, was the support from Jeff's Flower's of Course who made the most beautiful bouquets and Sinful Treats Bakery for the custom soccer cupcakes and cookies. We love and appreciate the support!

We would also like to thank, Marco's Pizza for sponsoring our team dinner last night. Come check out their new location at Hampton University!

The 2026 Senior Night is here! Tonight, we celebrate and congratulate all the seniors on their contributions to the program and successes at Poquoson High School. We wish them all the best of luck in the fall as they all start their next chapter of their lives!!

Senior night begins at 6:00p followed by a 6:30p kickoff against Arcadia.
