Happy Monday!!! Excited to begin signup for Fit2fight Bootcamps!!! If you’re looking to drop weight, tone up, get those legs n butt POPPIN, 💪🏾 as well as gain some self defense skills 🥊 this is for you!!! 3 classes per week this time around @ 5am/6am Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday. Get it in, get out n back to life. Camps $60 for the month and includes:
- On sight trainer
-2-3 workouts per week
-Weight and Measurements
-Handwraps
- Nutrition assistance
- Edited workout footage
Drop-ins welcome $15, must schedule a day in advance.

Fit2fight will be holding 2 classes 5am, 6am for those go getters looking to get up get in then get to work. We also will be holding Butt n Guts Boxing for the ladies 🍑. These classes will consist of: High energy workout, boxing training and drills, leg and glute work as well as core, resistance programs and weight training. Signup will come with food journal, hand-wraps, edited workout footage, as well nutrition guidance. There will be gloves on sight but feel free to bring your own....if interested comment, like and share please.
