Wrapped up Week-9 (and the season) on a whim as the surf decided to take a break just before the little Groms head back to school… No worries, these kids still made the best of it!
Thanks so very much for making this summer so very special for me ~ Love these kids as if they’re my own, and a special thanks to my son, Jason Motes, and grandson , Josh Motes for letting me share in this wonderful story.

Here we are wrapping up Week 7 of our Motes Militia Surf School, and hard to believe that we only have a few weeks to go (this summer's flown by)... This week was a real test for not just the students, but also for the instructors and our student-helpers. Conditions were a challenge mid-week, but the last few days were a true blast! As always, thanks to the groms, parents, instructors, helpers and sponsors for your unwavering support... Jason, Josh and Gramps ♥️🩷♥️
