I will be teaching Stroller Strength group classes on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS at 8:45am at Cornerstone Park (next to the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall) in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, as well as personal training sessions.

For this one you will need to carefully run in the street. Start in your driveway and pick three points either mailboxes, driveways, cars. You will be doing shuttle runs (suicides) running to the furthest back to start, the middle back to start and the closest and back to start.

Walk it out then 1 minute each:
side plank row and leg lift - if you need, rest lower knee on ground
squats with weights
Bridge skull crushers
Oil rigger push ups (on all 4s, one leg lifted behind you and weight shifted forward)

Suicides

one minute each:
squat side kick
pop squats
lift knee to 90 degrees in front of you and kick back behind you as you lean forward (keeping core tight)
side kicks - standing on one leg bring your knee into chest kick out leading with your heel
side step with a row

suicides

One minute each:
Deadlift upright row
calf raise shoulder raise
lunge flye
haybailer knee up twist as weight comes down - each side

Abs:
side plank hip dip reach under
Other side
on back knees at 90 degrees reach for heels
hand under butt, both legs straight up lower one down at a time
soles of feet together, butterfly crunches - optional lifting knees to elbows
