One of the biggest mistakes recreational players make is trying to generate power with their arm alone. In reality, your strongest shots come from proper technique, balance, and timing.

Remember these fundamentals:
• Use your legs to drive through the shot.
• Rotate your hips before your shoulders.
• Keep your grip relaxed.
• Focus on clean contact with the ball.
