Congratulations to our Club Leon Pomona 2016 team! 🦁💚

Down 0–3 in the final, these players showed incredible mental and emotional strength, fighting their way back to an unforgettable 5–4 victory! 🏆

Thank you to our coaches and parents, but above all, congratulations to our players. This is what development is about learning to compete, overcome adversity, and never give up.

Now our indoor chapter comes to an end as this group prepares for its next challenge: 9v9 and 11v11 soccer.

Hoy nuestros pensamientos están con Colombia y con todas las personas y familias afectadas por el fuerte terremoto de esta mañana.

A nuestros amigos colombianos: esperamos de corazón que ustedes y sus seres queridos se encuentren bien. 🙏

Hoy, más que nunca, los invitamos a comunicarse con sus amigos y familiares en Colombia. Un mensaje, una llamada o simplemente preguntar “¿estás bien?” puede significar mucho en un momento como este.

This weekend was dedicated to my continuing coaching education through the Football Association of Wales.

My motivation to become a better coach isn’t to win more games. It’s to help more people.

Every course I take, every book I read, and every lesson I learn is another opportunity to better serve the players and families who trust us with their development.

I don’t study to win more games. I study so I can change more lives.

I always thought I found peace on an empty soccer field.

Then I realized I feel the same peace when the field is full.

I think I found my happy place.

I not just a coach, I am also a fan.
Also, I am a person.

It was nice to hangout with players and parents outside of practice or games, because at the end of the day, we are also humans.
