It was their first tournament, their first experience as a team outside of their comfort zone. They had everything against them. They played two games back to back the night before, had to get up early the next day, very little time for scrimmages prior to the tournament, for many players, this was their first tournament ever.

And with all that you cannot tell that this was their first time at this tournament.

I am so proud that our little cubs showed why they will be our next generation of Lions.

They kicked with their feet, but they played with their hearts.

I am happy to inform you that I have been accepted as a fan, by my new national soccer team . I will be cheering for them for this summer in the World Cup and moving forward. The people of Colombia have been very kind, loving, and welcoming. They have become my family and I am becoming their fan.

Of course, this doesn’t change where I’m from I am proud of my roots.

Look forward to some projects with in Colombia in the future, and this is a start.

Today I had a chance to attend the headquarters. Thank you for hosting us and making this Coach Development possible.

With the staff we were able to speak with the U21 and U19 Coaching staff to learn how to improve and keep standard high. Great experience observing the next generation of players.
