⚾HAPPY NATIONAL COACHES DAY TO OUR CENLA BANDITS COACHES! ⚾
Today we celebrate the men who do SO much more than coach baseball, and somehow manage to survive the kids, the heat, the tournaments, AND the group chat. 😂
To our Bandits coaches, thank you for the early mornings, late nights, endless practices, tough conversations, encouragement, and all the little moments that our players may not fully appreciate until they’re older.
You’re the ones who:
•Have perfected the windmill move.
•Have to move the bucket of baseballs in your truck to make room for your wife.
•Coach through Louisiana heat that should probably be illegal.
•Know exactly which player is about to make a questionable decision before it even happens, but encourage them anyway.
•Celebrate the big wins like you just won the World Series.
•And, most importantly, care about these boys WAY more than they’ll ever fully understand.
You teach them how to throw, hit, field, compete, and play the game, but more importantly, you teach them discipline, teamwork, perseverance, accountability, respect, and how to believe in themselves.
You show up when it’s hot.
You show up when it’s cold.
You show up when the game doesn’t go our way.
And you celebrate just as loudly when it does.
And let's be honest, coaching isn’t always easy. Between the weather, the tournaments, equipment, schedules, emotions, parents, and approximately 47 versions of “Coach, can I…?” y’all deserve a trophy just for surviving the season.
But behind all the jokes and chaos is something our Bandits family is incredibly grateful for:
YOU SHOW UP.
You invest your time.
You give your energy.
You push them when they need it.
You encourage them when they’re struggling.
And you believe in them, even when they don’t believe in themselves.
The wins and rings are awesome, but the character you’re helping build is the real victory.
You’re not just building ballplayers.
You’re building leaders, teammates, competitors, and good humans.
So today, we tip our hats to the coaches who make the Cenla Bandits more than just a baseball team, but have made us a family.

Thank you for the patience.
Thank you for the lessons.
Thank you for believing in our boys.
