Hello Phonecians!!

The studio will be shutting down for a much needed break from July 4th to the 10th. We will back in operation on Saturday, July 11th. We hope you take that time to rest and relax, enjoy summertime and we will be back at it before you know it. Everyone can benefit from some recovery time! Thanks for a strong start to the summer and we still have two full weeks to grind it out!

So much happening this week we needed to do a news brief! 🤣

This Friday, 6/19 our Cardio Strength Class will be at Coolbaugh Township Park on Route 423 in Tobyhanna. 📍1796 Church Street Tobyhanna PA 18466
⌚️5:30 - 6:15 PM

Saturday 6/20 is Super Saturday! 3
Instructors, one 90 minute workout. Class is from 8 - 9:30 AM.

Also, two educational workshops in honor of World Wellness Week - Jennifer Herman from Pine Laurel Wellness will be bringing her expertise to our studio for two separate topics: Stress Management and Intuitive Eating. $5 investment and pre registration required.

Two Great Educational Workshop Opportunities!

In honor of Jennifer Herman, Founder of Pine Laurel Wellness in Pocono Pines, is bringing her expertise to Phoenix Athletica for two workshop opportunities!

Jennifer is a nervous system and trauma specialist and will be discussing two very important health topics: Stress Management and Intuitive Eating. You have the opportunity to attend one or both workshops.

You do not need to be a member of Phoenix Athletica to attend either of these workshops, however pre-registration is a must through MINDBODY.
