Congratulations to Maia, Shae and Penny for winning the Sheboygan County League Tournament with their Oostburg rec team tonight. Special thanks to Claire for cheering them on. Lily, Brynlee and Coach Frank were part of the cheering section too, but we missed them for a picture.

Pumas started off Saturday with a 11-1 win and concluded their season losing a heart breaker 2-3. The team played their best ball of the season this weekend putting it all together and showcasing their growth.

On the day Ruby, Amaya and Lily led the team at the plate with 2 hits each. Amaya had a key triple in game 2.

Addelyn and Shae each pitched complete games. Addelyn recorded 7ks in game 1 and Shae had 5ks in game 2.

Pumas finished 2-0 on the day in pool play after a 16-0 victory over Middleton Red. The team totaled 12 hits in the game with Amaya, Shae, Penny and Ruby all collected two hits. Shae led the team with 3 RBIs and another in the park HR. Addelyn struck out 4 and the defense committed no errors in the shut out win.

The team will face Sun Praire Blue tomorrow at 12:30 for the last game of pool play.
