Today we hosted our annual Randall Hall Memorial Golf Scramble at Woody Ridge Golf Course. What amazing day we had with the weather and great turnout once again. We can’t thank each and everyone of you that come out and support this great event. We can’t thank Woody Ridge enough for allowing us to host the event each year. Thank you to each and every hole sponsor, beer cart driver, basket donors, gift card donors, food donor, and everyone that played today. Without all these awesome people and businesses this event wouldn’t be so successful! Like to give a huge congrats to this years winners…The Furr Family!! Jake Furr graciously donated the winnings all back and so did the second place finishers led by Jacob Adams. Again thank you from the Plymouth Big Red Baseball and Softball Programs. Go Big Red!

With the Football Team in action next Saturday at 7:00pm we are pushing the start of our Randall Hall Memorial Golf Scramble that was slated to begin at 8:00am Sunday the 6th to now begin at 9:00am. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but in years past we would setup and get ready Saturday evening but with a football game makes it impossible. We are currently full with 25 teams. We are still looking for hole sponsors and donations for gift baskets. Please reach out to Coach Beverly, Coach Gillum or Coach Bailey.

Big congratulations go out to three Big Red players as they received All Ohio honors for Division 7. Seniors Lex Grose and Jarrett Burrer and junior Lincoln Distl all received honorable mentions for their outstanding 2026 season. Congrats gentlemen! Go Big Red.

On Thursday, the Big Red Baseball team participated in the district semifinals against Mohawk, concluding their 2026 season with a narrow 1-0 loss. This outcome also marked the end of the high school careers for two exceptional players, Lex Grose and Jarrett Burrer, who have consistently demonstrated remarkable athleticism and dedication while representing the Big Red. We extend our best wishes to them as they embark on new chapters in their lives. Our gratitude goes out to the supporters who cheered us on throughout the year, particularly those who traveled to Galion on Thursday. As a small town and school district, we feel fortunate to have such a robust support system. The successful fielding of both varsity and JV teams this spring is a testament to our promising future. The team's hard-fought loss showcases their commitment to turning the culture around in the hallways, fields, and community. Coaches Beverly and Gillum would like to express their appreciation to the players for their tireless efforts and dedication, as well as to the parents and community for their unwavering support. In the near future, we will be announcing summer games for grades 8-12 and invite interested parties to reach out to Coach Beverly or Coach Gillum for more information. Go Big Red!
