Well we were ready to go for Saturday but mother nature says no

Due to the cold and wet weather conditions, this week’s races - Saturday, May 2 - are canceled.

The season opener for the Super Six Late Model Series is now set for next Saturday, May 9 with the PDTR 360 Sprint Cars, Grand Nationals and B Mods also on tap.

May 9th is also You’re Our Heroes Night with free admission for U.S. military, police, fire, and EMS personnel with valid ID, as well as an American flag giveaway for kids.

Early start times will again be in place with spectator gates open at 4 p.m., qualifying at 4:30 p.m. and racing to follow.

Josh was able to hit the track last night at Plymouth for practice and got some decent laps in. We did run into a gremlin though so racing for this weekend is up in the air at the moment. Will update when we can diagnose the problem. And thanks to RC Custom Design for the great picture.

First and foremost, we want to thank everyone that stopped out at Plymouth Tap yesterday for the brat fry. Your purchases of food and raffle tickets are very well appreciated. It was awesome to see new and familiar faces again.

Secondly, as for the car design, yes it is a throwback design to Terry Marten from his winged modified days as he will be inducted into the PDTR Hall of Fame this summer. We have worked with Terry this off season to come up with idea and make it a reality.

Our plans are to run all the nights at Plymouth, and maybe some MSA shows as of right now. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the track.
