Remember, every little bit counts. By taking just 5 minutes in the morning to focus on your health, you are setting the tone for a successful and healthy day. So go ahead, grab your mat, and get moving!

1. Jumping jacks: Get your heart rate up with a classic cardio move. Do 20 reps to get your blood flowing.

2. Push-ups: Strengthen your upper body with a set of push-ups. Do 10 reps to work your chest, arms, and shoulders.

3. Crunches: Strengthen your core with a set of crunches. Do 15 reps to work your abs and improve posture.

4. Squats: Tone your legs and glutes with a set of squats. Do 15 reps to work those lower body muscles.

5. Calf raises: Tone your calf muscles and improve balance with calf raises. Do 15 reps on each leg.

6. Plank: Improve your core stability with a plank. Hold for 30 seconds to build strength in your abs and back.

Stretching: End your workout with some stretching to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
