Hey everyone! I’m Coach Sanchez, a 40-year-old father to an energetic 7-year-old boy and husband to an incredible wife. By day, I've spent the last 18 years as a finance professional with a Big 4 firm. But my true passion has always been in nutrition and training, which constantly drives my curiosity and fuels my desire to learn and grow.

Ever since I was 13, I’ve idolized Kobe Bryant. His Mamba Mentality has been a guiding force in my life, pushing me to excel in everything I do, including my training. This mindset has been pivotal in my journey to becoming a coach.

Inspired by my own experiences as a parent, I created The Weight Loss Program with a goal to help fellow parents get healthier. I know firsthand the daily challenges of balancing home, school, work, and extracurricular activities. As a father and husband, I understand the importance of investing in our health, not just for ourselves but for our families too.
