The 2033 and 2032 Missouri Stars kicked off the summer session on Mother’s Day weekend by hitting the court and hooping for Mom! For our first tournament of the season, I couldn’t be more proud of how these girls responded. With new additions to the teams, lineup changes, and adjustments being made, they didn’t miss a beat.

These girls came out competing, adapting, and battling from the opening tip. They showed toughness, strength, discipline, structure, and speed all weekend long. The hard work they’ve put in during practices is already starting to show, and this is just the beginning.

It’s going to be hard for teams to keep up with the pace and intensity these girls bring every time they step on the floor. Excited to watch their growth and success throughout the summer from my favorite seat on the sideline.

🏀 Missouri Stars Basketball Club is looking for competitive Class of 2033 girls (incoming 6th graders) to complete our roster for the Summer 2026 season!

We are currently holding player evaluations every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM until all available spots are filled.

The 2032 Missouri Stars came out firing to start the summer session, bringing home a CHAMPIONSHIP this past weekend! 🏆⭐️

This group came in and dominated the competition, putting up 98 points in just two games and that’s especially impressive considering we added two new players to the squad this offseason.

With new additions, lineup adjustments, and changing the way we play with a faster pace, higher intensity, and nonstop energy, there are always growing pains early on. But this team embraced the challenge, competed hard, and showed flashes of what they’re capable of becoming.

Absolutely loved what I saw this weekend, and I can’t wait to see this group back on the floor at the end of the month. The future is bright, and these new additions are proving to be solid co-stars to an already talented group.

Super proud of these girls and the work they’re putting in.

The 2033 Missouri Stars kicked off their summer session this past weekend! After our first tournament was canceled due to the division not filling, we jumped into a local KC tournament to shake the rust off and that’s exactly what these girls did.
After making a few adjustments this offseason, this team came out firing, scoring 96 points in just two games while only allowing 11 points per game and honestly, that defensive effort may have been the most impressive part of the weekend.
We’ve raised the standard this summer. Faster pace. More intensity. Setting the expectation to be quicker, tougher, and outwork anyone we step on the floor against.
Super proud of this group and the way they competed all weekend. Huge thank you to all the moms who allowed us to play on your weekend, we appreciate your sacrifices and support more than you know.
This is just the beginning. ⭐️

This highlight reel features our 2033 and 2032 Missouri Stars National teams from the Agape Hoops Gold Ring Tournament (February 20th, 2026)… and both squads left no doubt.

The 2032s handled business all weekend, setting the tone with relentless defense and high-level ex*****on.

The 2033s faced adversity early with a tough loss, but what followed is exactly what this program is built on. They responded, regrouped, and came back with something to prove… finishing the championship game with a dominant win.

That’s culture. That’s toughness. That’s Missouri Stars basketball.

Proud of these girls for staying locked in, bringing the energy, and competing at a level that continues to raise the bar.

Just finished putting this one together—even though I’m a little behind!

The 2032 Missouri Stars 6th Grade team (playing up in 7th grade division) highlight reel from the Frostbite Tournament (Jan 31 – Feb 1) with Agape Hoops is officially done. This group showed up and competed at a high level all weekend.
