We believe great cycling experiences should be accessible to everyone and thousands of dollars don't need to be spent to find a great bike for you.

We had the honor of delivering 3 free recycled bikes to 3 very deserving young brothers, who through happenings in life, are living and surviving on their own with no family support, even though they are all under 20 years of age. All 3 of them have worked hard at their jobs, and through their support for each other have overcome homelessness and have secured their first apartment together. That's when Storehouse Community Center contacted us. Storehouse has helped the young men with furniture, beds, sheets, towels and other life necessities. They called us because the boys are all walking 45 minutes each way to work, and they were hoping we could do something to help change that. And with the kindness of our friend Art Garcesa from Christian Cycling Texas, we were not only able to secure three wonderful bikes to recycle, we were also able to provide them with new helmets, frame pumps, extra tubes, tools and bike bags for their commutes.
These strong young men brought me to tears yesterday. Hearing their positive outlook on their jobs and their home, after all they have overcome, is inspirational.

No matter how busy our service schedule is, we always make time to help someone in need if a recycled bike can make a difference in their livelihood. We were contacted 2 days ago by City House Shelter in Plano, and they told us the story of a young adult who was homeless, but has been with them in one of their homes and is now moving onto a new chapter in her life. She needed some form of transportation to live and work, and we humbly and happily pulled one of our donation bikes and got to work. We delivered it this morning and are so happy this bike will make a difference in someone's livelihood. 💛

Don't be lured into Direct to Consumer Chinese E-bikes solely based on their price points. There are inherent dangers and these dangers are no joke. 🙏

Don't be lured into Direct to Consumer Chinese E-bikes solely based on their price points! They come with inferior components, inferior motors, and local bike shops are halting service on these bikes because of the inherent dangers. Research, save up a little more, and purchase an e-bike that is professionally built by your LBS, and has a warranty that your shop can take care of for you locally.
And always put on a helmet ⛑️ 🪖

This past weekend we made the trip to Princeton, TX to deliver this bike to a family in need. We received word from a friend, that the family lost their main income when the husband was laid off and the family had consequently just lost their only car. We had received this bike as a donation to our Pay It Forward community outreach initiative, and put the labor of love into it to get it as perfect as we possibly could. Now we hope it helps this family take care of some of the necessities in their life.

So happy to have gotten this big guy back on his first bike that was assembled incorrectly by Wal-Mart. We took care of it and did a full safety check to make sure it was safe and ready to have fun with. Have fun ripping around town!
We are currently accepting donations of adults and kids bikes, as well as any functioning spare parts and accessories you may have, for our Pay It Forward donation program.
