I am so looking forward to participating in this fabulous event to raise money for the Veterans Yoga Project. This organization is dedicated to bringing trauma informed yoga to veterans across the country. What a beautiful thing!

The venue-The Heart Exchange Yoga & Wellness studio is filled with magical energy, and you will no doubt be transported into a state of peace and rejuvenation. I will be assisting with some relaxing and healing Reiki energy during one of the many beautiful sessions that are planned. I will also have crystals for sale with 30% of the proceeds going to the project. All of the proceeds from the different sessions and raffles are by donation and will go directly to the charity.
