Had to share as so proud! One of 3 kids in 5th grade at Almond-Bancroft School District to receive the President's Education Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence!

And THIS after she forbid us to attend the awards ceremony as she was "only getting 1 award". Walk of shame when she came home with FIVE! "I will never tell you again to not go!"🤣

If there was one word that could sum up yesterday's racing.....it's FRUSTRATING!

For both driver and crew! From opening ceremony to last lap of the feature.

Tom tweaked and changed and cleaned everything on the motor and kart EVERY spare moment between races with help from Zegers Motorsports.....and each time out, Kennedy definitely let him know it wasn't enough! She pulled off some great driving among the 9 karts, but also few errors that lost her spots in the end. This week lots of kart and mental work to get ready for Wednesday's race!

Last night at Dodge County speedway 1/8 mile clay oval definitely had it's ups and downs!😁

For those that were with us last year, you may recall this track is unique and Kennedy spent ample time in the hay bales last year!🤣 Driving skills have improved and she drove like a champ to dominate both heats! 🥇
Feature....she led for 7 laps and spinning herself out started a cascade of panic that resulted in a 3rd place finish. 🥉Lots of lessons, BUT lots of fun too!

The rivalry continues...with a big Congrats to Carson ( Gooding Family Motorsports) for the win!

Late night flipping the kart as we head out today for another day of fun in the sun at Little Buckaroo Jr Motorsports!🏁 Racing at 3:00!

Approved with the Nova, BUT.....kinda missing a critical part.....😳😳 Praying to the motor gods 🙏🙏🙏
