We had one of our best weekends at the Northstar Nationals at Mississippi Thunder Speedway. We started out Friday with a really bad draw which put us in 7th for our heat race, I drove up to 5th I am glad a went up but would have liked at least one more position for passing points for my feature starting place. We had to start 13th for the feature which was still in that mid pack range so I wasnt too disappointed. It wasnt too bad of a track that night all tho I seemed to find it a little rough around my bottom line coming into turn 1 and turn 3, that was upsetting the car some. We had ended up 10th that night.

Night two had went so much better we finally got a good draw!!! Leading us to a starting position of 3rd in our heat race I had a very fast car I passed for the lead in one lap and held a strong lead to get my first heat race win of the season. Those passing points and that position change had gotten me into the redraw and I drew a number 2, I was not disappointed with that all. Moving onto that feature race I start outside pole I held 2nd for around 5 laps and then another car passed me on that high side and at that moment I knew I had to get up there so I got up there and that would have been my first time running up on the wall like that, it is such a great feeling!! 💪 There had been a few cautions that race and I lost 2 more spots and ended up finishing 5th but that was a win in itself for me I finally had got a great position in the feature and had a very fast car up on the high side.

Night 1 of the Northstar Nationals went pretty good started off with a bad draw so that put me in 7th for the heat race, drove up to 5th wich put me in 13th for the feature, the track was a little rough throught the corners were the traction was wich would upset the car a little bit but I made it work and drove up to 10th we will take that!!

Lets make it a even betting night tonight of the Northstar Nationals night 2 at Mississippi Thunder Speedway
