This is a great dive into what we already know about our area. The terrain change here, compared to the rest of our state, is significant. The flora and fauna we all appreciate, react differently because of this. What a great place to enjoy so much nature!

Big news for upland hunters!

Pheasants Forever is applauding today's announcement by the U.S. Department of the Interior for the proposed expansion of 1,450 new hunting and fishing opportunities on U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service lands across 111 stations in 32 states.

This represents the largest expansion of hunting and fishing access in the history of the USFWS and will benefit upland hunters and the places bird dogs love to roam!

We are deeply saddened to learn of Rays sudden passing.
Ray Gullet was one of our very first customers here at Buck Branch Outdoors. He was loyal to us and a trusted client for many years.
Ray was a hard working man with an immeasurable passion for the outdoor pursuits. I will always remember our final conversation about how his morning turkey hunt went and potentially moving a ground blind for another future hunt that will now no longer take place.
Hard to comprehend the loss of such wonderful person. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ray”s children and family.
