Requirements for FaceTime training:
Gym Membership:
While possessing a gym membership isn't a deal breaker, having access to WEIGHTS will fast line your progress. Home workouts are dope, but in order to build muscle, lose weight etc you'll want to touch some weights.
Resiliency:
Gotta be tough man. It'll be days where you're sore as f**k. It'll most certainly be days where you simply dont feel like it. "I forgot my Apple Watch" - "I didn't eat properly" - excuses.
Do not sign up if you plan on running from the work
Finances:
If you dont have the $, do NOT sign up. Sure you can train for 1 month and keep it moving... this aint that though. Im looking for 3 months commitment.
the 1st month we will break bad habits and replace them with good ones. Month two we take our biggest leaps. We will then be accustom to the workload, soreness behind us, schedule ironed out, and ready to truly challenge ourselves.
Sacrifice:
as mentioned above, we will need to get rid of bad habits. Step 1 towards forming better habits is sacrifice. We will have to sacrifice some of our favorite foods and snacks, at times sacrifice SLEEP, sacrifice fun (over indulging in alcohol) + more.
Dont think we can get into the best shape of our lives by doing what we've always done. We will be moving at a different frequency
Self Motivation:
Ima be on ya ass (no Diddy), but this journey I'm aiming to change the way you see yourself. Youre going to need to light a fire under your own ass. I wont be able to motivate you alone. On the days we dont train, you WILL eventually have to workout on your own. to start, our packages are 3 days a week (12 per month) with our eyes on working up to 5 days.
I can go on and on but I wanted to write this in an attempt to be transparent with all of you!

if youre wondering how virtual training will work, trust me... it'll be just like we are training in person. I take pride in communicating each exercise/directive.
