Meet Vaughn Glace, a highly accomplished driver, crew chief, and coach with a passion for racing that spans nearly two decades. With a background in the show car and Concours industry, Vaughn’s racing career began in a go-kart at the age of 6.
As a seasoned driver, Vaughn has an impressive resume, boasting a SCCA national championship title (2021) and experience in various racing series, including WRL, AER, USF4, and vintage/contemporary racing.
Vaughn’s expertise extends beyond driving, having crewed and driven for the renowned Stratus Race Team and co-founded RSR e-Sport, a sim-racing team.
As Team Manager of Proper Performance, Vaughn oversees all aspects of the team’s operations, while also serving as crew chief, driver, and coach. He offers personalized, one-on-one coaching to drivers of all levels, from go-karting to GT4.
