AFG BOYS SC is officially back with big news and even bigger goals.

Weโ€™re excited to share that our team has been invited to a tournament this August, and the boys are already preparing to show what weโ€™re capable of. Every season, we push ourselves to grow, compete, and represent our Afghan community with pride โ€” this tournament is another chance to prove that.

At the same time, weโ€™re actively searching for new leagues and tournaments around the Pittsburgh area. If you know any opportunities, please reach out. Weโ€™re always ready to represent our team, our culture, and our community wherever we play.

What a battle tonight. The boys gave 100% from the first whistle to the last. We finished regular time with a 3โ€“3 draw, pushed through golden goal with no score, and went to PKs where we fell short 4โ€“5.

It hurts to miss the championship, especially knowing how hard we fought. As many of you saw on the live, some calls didnโ€™t go our way, but thatโ€™s part of the game. Even with that, the team kept their heads up and played with heart.

We apologize for the loss, but weโ€™re proud of the effort, the fight, and the unity. This team will come back stronger โ€” count on that.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, watched the live, and supported us all season. Your energy means everything.

Yes, weโ€™re missing a few players, but the squad is fully covered, locked in, and focused on one mission: getting to the championship.
