Eat at Zenith

In the spirit of being as no-waste as humanly possible, and to be doubly confusing after offering two soups on the menu last week, this week we have no soup at all.

Alas, we could not agree on a soup, and before you know it, it was too late to make one anyway. Last week we ended up having to donate a large quantity to the good folks at Worm Return. Who’d have thunk it, that during one of the hottest and most humid days of the week I couldn’t give the soup away by the end of brunch?

So I did not argue the point any further and was once again grateful to our little worm friends for alleviating my guilt.

But on a slightly less disheveled note, we did manage to bring back an old favorite dish: the “Nutty” Wild Rice Stuffed Portobellos, which is kind of apropos given the extreme lack of sanity that makes up the staff here at Zenith Labs.
