I’m excited to share that I have two openings this month for my True North sessions.

These sessions are for the times in life when you are ready to listen more closely to what’s actually asking for your attention.

We know these moments when they come.

Because our day to day starts to feel like it doesn’t fit anymore. It’s a bit freaky.

On the surface, sometimes we feel foggy, anxious or unfocused.

But underneath, what’s happening is a little bit different than that . . . what’s happening is that a clarity is asking to emerge.

It’s actually the opposite of what it feels like (I hope this is good news)!

Much like a butterfly emerging from the chrysalis, though, we don’t always know what to do with this or where to go next on our own.

Those wings are heavy - and new.

No matter where you are in the metaphor of the butterfly, True North sessions are about deep listening and drawing out an immense sense of possibility.

They’re designed to listen for your personal truth, identify your core Essence and develop a “what’s next” in alignment with this.
