Good afternoon everyone! I wanted introduce to everyone a little bit of what kind of dietary plan and workout routine that I have been on. I cannot believe the progress of my body in such a short amount of time so I need to let you guys know
Most people think that in order to lose weight you need to do heavy weight exercises and be a damn gym rat. Absolutely not. Everything can be done in the convenience of your home! Even if you work a lot you can still make time. I got two crazy boys you can do it too. Mostly it is what you eat. Your diet is key.
5 key things for your diet! Under 35 net carbs, caloric deficit, high protein, high fat, and intermittent fasting.
Keep your body moving. If you don’t move your body won’t want to move. If you want results fast, I would recommend working out 5-6 days a week. I know that may sound like a lot but if you do have a job where you are stuck at a desk, your body will absolutely need this if you want to get to where you want to be.
At this point I want to cut body fat and produce lean muscle. By no means do I want to be a meat head. My workouts are around 45 minutes~1.5 hours depending on how much I was running around work. I will share with you guys exactly what I do and what rotations I do shortly.
I will also share what I am eating and how long I am fasting for daily. I promise if you listen to my plan you will have so much energy, you will be way more clear mentally and you will gain confidence in yourself. I will help you become that better version of yourself. The person you want to be. If you focus on yourself, your mind, and your body, the world will slowly but surely become yours. You are your destiny. Everyday is a new day. Let this one be yours.
