What a great day at ! We could
not be prouder of ALL of our students. Several harnessed their excitement, faced their fears, and overcame first time jitters. Collectively, the team walked away with several first places, some seconds places, and some thirds. We even had representation in a Grand Championship!

Karate practitioners competing on the World's stage in the Olympics is something many of us have been waiting for, for a long time. Watching these athletes partake in that dream is awesome! Watching a 39 year old woman with an insane amount of skill win the Gold Medal... priceless!!! 🖤🥋🖤

Join us Western Allegheny Community Library for a FREE introductory course in our Alert 360 program.

Every week we turn on the news and hear another story of rioting, someone being assaulted, attacked, kidnapped or murdered. If you take a closer look, you'll discover that crime statistics are startling.

Alert 360 teaches practical, principle based hand-to-hand combat training and provides individuals with the skills to protect themselves against common street attacks. Created by a former US Army Special Forces Operator, Alert 360 will also teach you how to become more tactically aware of your surroundings and train your mind to never be a victim.

This course focuses on the combatives basics: stances, strikes, kicks and situational awareness. Individuals will remain on their feet for the duration of the course but have the opportunity to practice on bags as well as on peers (in a controlled manner).

There's just a few spots left for this highly sought after course, presented by the staff of Black Hawk Martial Arts, LLC.
