10-DAY SPRING CHALLENGE 🌸

Spring marks the time of year for “out with the old and in with the new”.
Together, let’s create new habits and mindsets that empower us to feel like the most refreshed version of ourselves ✨
The workouts in this challenge are feel-good, BODYWEIGHT only workouts – perfect for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Each workout is 20-40 minutes in length with the goal to show up and move our bodies through intentional movement each day.
THE DETAILS:
⚡ 10-day workout schedule (You'll receive access to this schedule on Monday, March 21.)
- 9 pre-recorded workouts
- 1 active recovery/rest day (A LIVE virtual gentle flow yoga class with Hallie Fischer, Yoga Instructor (200 RYT) is optional on your rest day at an additional cost.)
⚡ Daily accountability check-ins from Trish
⚡ All you need is yourself and a mat for each workout. Ankle weights/Bala Bangles are optional for some of the workouts.
⚡ In addition to the daily workouts, I encourage you to be active and mindful with your movement throughout the day. We'll set a daily 10,000-step goal. There are many apps (i.e. AppleHeath, Fitbit, Pacer) and devices (i.e. Apple Watch, Fitbit smartwatches or trackers, pedometer) to count your steps to ensure you reach this goal!
