It's your girl Trish, or as my friends would call me, "Trainer Trish" and this is HOOK'D FITNESS!

I've been an athlete my entire life, a swimmer to be exact, and when my swimming days were over, it was then that I realized how living an active lifestyle truly brought me so much balance – mentally, physically, emotionally...you name it! I tried to find this balance again through exercise and beca

me a cardio ju**ie given the nature of swimming. Most would say I was "fit" but something was missing! In the the fall of 2019, I was finally getting bored with my monotonous fitness routine. I started to challenge myself and put together strength-based circuits – workouts that I was motivated by and excited to do each day. In just 6 months, I felt stronger than ever and wanted to learn more about the science behind it all. Long story short, I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist + AFPA Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

My goal is to help women like YOU achieve an active, balanced lifestyle of your own through daily, mindful movement! I offer a variety of tools and on-demand workouts to help jump-start your fitness journey. For a more personalized approach, I encourage you to schedule a personal training session with me!

There's a lil' sumthin' for everyone at HOOK'D FITNESS and I can't wait to share my enduring passion for fitness with each of you!

Spring marks the time of year for “out with the old and in with the new”.

Together, let’s create new habits and mindsets that empower us to feel like the most refreshed version of ourselves ✨

The workouts in this challenge are feel-good, BODYWEIGHT only workouts – perfect for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Each workout is 20-40 minutes in length with the goal to show up and move our bodies through intentional movement each day.

THE DETAILS:
⚡ 10-day workout schedule (You'll receive access to this schedule on Monday, March 21.)
- 9 pre-recorded workouts
- 1 active recovery/rest day (A LIVE virtual gentle flow yoga class with Hallie Fischer, Yoga Instructor (200 RYT) is optional on your rest day at an additional cost.)
⚡ Daily accountability check-ins from Trish
⚡ All you need is yourself and a mat for each workout. Ankle weights/Bala Bangles are optional for some of the workouts.
⚡ In addition to the daily workouts, I encourage you to be active and mindful with your movement throughout the day. We'll set a daily 10,000-step goal. There are many apps (i.e. AppleHeath, Fitbit, Pacer) and devices (i.e. Apple Watch, Fitbit smartwatches or trackers, pedometer) to count your steps to ensure you reach this goal!

I am beyond thankful for everyone's support since launching my business, HOOK'D FITNESS, almost one week ago.
