As we head into summer it’s the perfect time to redefine your lifestyle and COMMIT TO BE FIT!!
Being motivated to show up is the first step to a healthier YOU! I’ll provide the program, targeting cardio, core, and strength training. Three safe, challenging, livestream classes per week in the comfort of your own home, appropriate for all fitness levels.
On MONDAYS we focus on cardio/interval training with HIIT/TABATA. It’s a higher impact workout with modifications provided to lower the intensity. Increase stamina and endurance, and challenge your cardiovascular system while raising your metabolism and burning lots of calories! A set of weights and a mat (if your on a hard surface) are all you need.
On WEDNESDAYS we slow it down a bit and focus on core strength, stability, and balance with COREFIT. You have the option to use 2-3lb hand weights or just your own bodyweight against gravity. Lots of lunging, planking and Pilates type moves to keep that all important core band strong and improve your overall flexibility.
On FRIDAYS we isolate all major muscle groups with SCULPT & STRENGTH. Lots of emphasis on proper form as we challenge ourselves to work with heavier resistance using dumbbells and a weighted bar. (If you have one.) Strength and muscle mass naturally decline as we age. This class counteracts that as well as improving everyday functionality.
All workouts are 45-60 minutes with constant variation, music, lots of cueing and seamless transitions. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
Classes are at 9 AM live on Zoom. If you’re unable to attend at that time, recordings are available for 48 hours by request. I text out Zoom entry info to all members the day before class.
