What a bittersweet end to an amazing season! Today, the lady cougars went 7 Innings against two very skilled teams; Homewood High School and Mountain Brook High School.

Though they are disappointed, these young ladies fought very hard and should be very proud of their one point differential in the final score for both 7 inning games.

Here’s to an amazing season and a great run for the CCHS Lady Cougars Softball! Congratulations to our Seniors who are moving on to the next stages of their lives and good luck to our underclassmen who now carry the torch into the 26’-27’ season!

Well done, ladies. You’ve made us proud!

Tomorrow, the CCHS Lady Cougars Softball Team will go to Regionals in Albertville. They will face some outstanding teams and it will be a long day for them; especially pitchers and catchers!

Please show your support where you can and keep these ladies and their coaches in your thoughts and prayers. No injuries, no illnesses, great attitudes and let them show just how talented they are!

Let’s go, Ladies! Show your talent and class, and represent the City of Clay well! Best of luck to you all!
