Due to inclement weather, the 2026 DCHS Homecoming Parade has been moved to an earlier time today.
• Parade lineup at DCHS: 12:30 p.m.
• Parade begins: 1:00 p.m.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding. We hope you can join us at 1:00 p.m. as we celebrate DCHS Homecoming!

Thursday might have been the comfiest day of Homecoming Week!

Our Warriors rolled out of bed and came ready for Pajama Day! From pajama pants and slippers to robes and matching sets, our students and staff definitely understood the assignment!

Nothing wrong with being a little extra comfortable while showing your Warrior Spirit!

Wednesday was all about MATCHING… or maybe NOT!

Our Warriors showed up for Mismatch Day with colors, patterns, socks, shoes, and outfits that definitely weren’t supposed to go together—and that was the whole point!

We loved seeing our students and staff have a little fun and show off their creativity as we celebrated Homecoming Week!

Our Warriors, every single day counts! 🛡️ Missing school may seem like a small thing, but those days can quickly add up to missed instruction, missed opportunities, and missed connections.

Did you know that missing just 10% of the school year—about 18 days—can negatively impact a student’s academic performance? And missing only 2 days each month can mean 18 days of lost learning in a year!

Let’s make every day count! Help your Warrior show up, stay engaged, and make the most of every opportunity to learn and grow. ❤️💙

HOMECOMING FRIDAY IS ALMOST HERE!

Please remember that South Dale Middle School will dismiss early this Friday for Homecoming!

🚌 Bus Dismissal: 10:40 AM
🚗 Car Line: Immediately following bus dismissal

Important: Please make sure someone is home for students 11 years old and younger who will be dropped off by bus during the middle of the day.

Then come out and help us celebrate our Warriors!

🎉 HOMECOMING PARADE — 2:00 PM
The parade will travel from Dale County High School to Midland City Town Hall.

We hope to see our Warrior families lining the route and showing their school spirit!

🏐 VOLLEYBALL: South Dale takes care of business with a 2–0 WIN over D.A. Smith!

🏈 FOOTBALL: The Warriors pull out a thriller, defeating D.A. Smith 14–8 in a game that came down to the FINAL PLAY!
