Before the new lithium setup goes in, we’ve gotta deal with the old batteries first.
Step 1: Detect and neutralize the acid. If the spray turns pink there’s acid hanging around.🪫
Step 2: Clean everything out. Goodbye corrosion and grime! 👋🏼
Step 3: Install the new lithium components and bring this cart into the modern age. ⚡🔋

Another great week in the shop with the best shop-dog on our team!🐶 He supervised the work. He inspected the golf carts. He took several strategic naps.

Let’s take a peek inside this DC motor🔎. The cracked brush may look like a small issue, but don’t let looks deceive you👀- a small crack can cause a BIG problem. Once we located what needed to be fixed, we were able to get this cart repaired and another satisfied customer back on the road!🛺💨
