I hope you agree with me when I say that I think I deserve to win the title of Ms. Health & Fitness 2026.

I've dedicated the last 10 years of my life to health and fitness, becoming a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Through consistent hard work and discipline I have built a strong, muscular body that can do amazing things.

And now my goal is to help others achieve the same gratification and freedom that comes from a dedication to fitness.

"Burning" calories is actually a missnomer. We don't burn calories. We release calories from our bodies through the exhalation of carbon. So the faster and harder you breath, the more calories released! Time to breath more!
