I got a message from a client this morning that made me cry. When we connected, this particular client had very little experience in the gym or with working out in general. Not even a full month later and she is reporting feeling stronger physically, feeling more motivated mentally, she’s losing weight already, and feeling in general much more confident about herself and her abilities!! I may be new in the fitness coaching scene, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing 😉 Comment or shoot me a DM so we can work together, and you can feel this good too 💪🏼💜
