Happy Father's Day to our all AMAZING Cardinals dads!

Thank you for serving as team coaches, lining and preparing fields, setting up mounds, cleaning up equipment, practicing with your player at home, and getting your players to the fields prepared on time. Most importantly, thank you for being positive role models and showing our players what sportsmanship looks like both on and off the field. We appreciate everything you do! ⚾

🔥 TOURNAMENT WEEKEND UPDATE 🔥

🔵🔴 11U Cardinals
The 11U squad battled to a thrilling 13-12 victory over the MD Senators, locking their win in the top of the 6th inning! They followed that up with an impressive 18-2 mercy-rule win over the Delmarva Aces in just three innings.

A huge day at the plate for Tanner E., who launched THREE over-the-fence home runs, including a walk-off GRAND SLAM to end the game against Delmarva by mercy rule! 💣💣💣 Chase M pitched the complete three innings game, striking out six batters.

🔵🔴 10U Cardinals
The 10U team stayed hot, mercy ruling both opponents with a 13-2 win over Parkville Venom and an 18-3 victory over Edgemere.

The offense was locked in during game one, recording an incredible zero strikeouts as a team! On the mound, Gavin F. was dominant, piling up 9 strikeouts on the day. 👏

🔵🔴 9U Cardinals
The 9U Cardinals also went 2-0, defeating the Rebels 22-10 before earning a hard-fought 13-11 win over Parkville.

In game two, with the Cardinals trailing, Declan Kimball came through in a huge moment, crushing a two-run home run in the top of the 4th inning to tie the game at 9-9! 🔥

Great job, Cardinals! Keep the momentum rolling tomorrow!

Where there's a fence, there's a way, and Tyler K found it! Congrats to the 12U Cardinals player for his over the fence home run last night. Tyler also pitched 6 solid innings, striking out 10. We asked what he had for dinner, so maybe we could replicate it this Sunday for the entire team. It was his sister's spaghetti! 🍝

⭐⭐ HARFORD COUNTY ALL-STAR SELECTIONS ⭐⭐

Congratulations to our Carroll Manor Cardinals players who have been selected as Harford County Travel League All-Stars!

After games opposing coaches vote for the players who stood out on the field and at the end of the season, the players receiving the most votes earn the opportunity to represent their team as HCTL All-Stars.

The All-Star event brings together the top players from across the league, forming two All-Star teams from each division within each age group to compete against one another in a showcase game. The day also includes skills competitions such as an Accuracy Throwing Contest, Base Running Challenge, and Home Run Derby, making it extra exciting.

💥 BIG CONGRATS to Tanner E. on launching an over-the-fence THREE-RUN HOME RUN! 💥

With runners on base and the 11U Cardinals looking to extend their lead, Tanner stepped up and delivered a shot over the fence, clearing the bases. Nothing gets a dugout fired up quite like seeing one leave the yard! A spectator even brought him the ball afterward. The team won the game 12-2 with Mason H. pitching the entire game and striking out 5.

📣 Cardinal Families — We Need Your Help! ⚾

We're working to form new 8U and 9U Cardinals teams for the upcoming season, but we're currently looking for more interested players to help make these teams a reality. If you have friends, neighbors, classmates, teammates, or family members who love baseball and may be interested in travel baseball, please share our tryout information with them!

At this time, 8U and 9U tryout dates have not yet been scheduled as we continue identifying coaches for those age groups. Once coaching positions are finalized, we'll announce dates and details.

Word of mouth is one of the best ways to grow our program, and we appreciate your help spreading the word throughout the community. Let's help more young players discover Cardinals Baseball!
