You’re not just paying for pitching lessons.

You’re investing in your daughter finally understanding what she’s doing on the mound.

Confidence changes when confusion disappears.

When a pitcher understands her movement…
she stops second guessing.
She starts adjusting.
Competing.
Trusting herself.

That’s the difference.

This is bigger than mechanics.
It’s about giving her ownership of her development and helping her become a more confident athlete long-term.

Because the goal was never just better bullpens.

It’s helping her believe in herself when the game gets hard.

05/11/2026

A bullpen can look good without pressure.
Games expose what’s actually trained.

Can she execute when she’s tired?
When runners are on?
When emotions rise?
When the moment gets uncomfortable?

That’s the difference.

I’m not interested in building bullpen pitchers.
I’m focused on building competitors whose mechanics, mindset, and movement patterns HOLD UP in games.

Because real development transfers.

Game-ready always matters more than practice-ready.

I was a coach long before I had kids of my own.

In fact-Being a mom has completely shaped the way I coach if not made my coaching and mentorship even sharper on all side of the ball.

My mom was my first coach, and so much of what I know about leadership, discipline, discernment and love for this game started with her. So today, I also want to wish her a very happy Mother’s Day. 💜

This game is emotional.
It asks a lot from athletes… but it also asks a lot from moms.

The sacrifices.
The support.
The belief.
The consistency.

The ability to ride shotgun with your daughter as she experiences the lights and the lows of this game, especially a pitcher.

I see it every single day in the families I work with and I’m beyond blessed with the parents that not only choose to let me be apart of their daughters journey as her pitching coach and mentor but also their ability to stay with their daughters through this journey.
Not comparing them to other pitchers but lifting them up because of what their daughters can do.

This takes courage and strength to keep your blinders on. The parents that work with me know that the moment they start taking their eyes off of their daughter success and progress…their daughter will shortly do the same and this is where she will start to feel stuck and lose self belief…lose her confidence.

So today, I just want to say thank you to all the softball moms who continue showing up for their daughters no matter what the journey looks like.

You are appreciated more than you know. đź’ś

Happy Mother’s Day from Kally V Softball.
And Happy Mother’s Day to my first coach… my mom.

Most pitchers aren’t struggling because they “don’t care enough.”

They’re struggling because their mind is overloaded.

Too many thoughts.
Too many mechanical cues.
Too much fear of making a mistake.

And when a pitcher feels uncertain…
she starts playing hesitant instead of competing freely.

Hesitation causes deviation.

That’s why I focus so heavily on understanding.

Because when things finally click for a pitcher mentally and physically…
you can SEE the difference.

The game slows down.
The confidence grows.
And the mound starts feeling like home again.

Clarity changes everything.

Comment Pitcher if you want to learn more about how your daughter can truly be developed as a pitcher.

Most pitchers aren’t failing because they can’t do it.

They’re stuck because no one ever made it make sense.

So they repeat, overthink, and second-guess what they’re doing instead of actually adjusting it.

That’s where I come in.

With nearly 30 years of Elite Pitching Training plus pitching at the college level I don’t just fix movement… I help pitchers understand what they’re doing so they can finally correct it on their own.

Because when it clicks mentally first…
the mechanics follow.

05/08/2026

Some pitchers want quick fixes.

Some pitchers are ready to truly grow.

There’s a difference.

The girls who make the biggest jumps aren’t always the most talented at first…they’re the ones willing to stay consistent, ask questions, and take ownership of their development.

That’s where confidence gets built. That’s where command starts showing up.That’s where frustration starts turning into progress.

Not every pitcher is ready for that yet…

But the ones who are?
You can feel the difference.

Comment “PITCHER” if your daughter is ready for more structure, feedback, and real development. 👇

Same pitcher.
Same goal.
Just 4 weeks apart. 👏

The video on the left was week one in her program.
The video on the right is only FOUR weeks later.

And this is what happens when a pitcher finally has:
✔️ structure
✔️ feedback
✔️ consistency
✔️ a plan built FOR her

RIGHT Now- She’s one of the youngest girls in my program… and the progress she’s made already has been incredible.

She is building a solid foundation in her pitch!

Not because she magically “figured it out.”
Not because she suddenly became more talented.

Because she committed to the process. đź’Ą

This is why I always tell parents:
development doesn’t happen from random lessons…

It happens when a pitcher is guided step-by-step and knows exactly what she’s working on every week.

The confidence shift…
The movement changes…
The understanding…

THAT is what changes everything.

And she’s just getting started. 👏🥎

Parents feel the shift first.

Not because the radar gun changed overnight…

But because their daughter did.

The tension.
The frustration.
The tears after bad outings.
The fear of messing up.

When things finally CLICK…
you can feel the weight come off their shoulders.

That’s usually the first sign real development is happening.

Not just better mechanics…
but a pitcher who starts believing in herself again.

And honestly?
That changes everything.

Comment “PITCHER” if your daughter is working hard but still feels stuck.

05/06/2026

You don’t need to watch a full game to see it.

You can see it in how they approach the mound.

It shows up immediately. đź«°đź«°

The body language.
The pace.
The presence.

Most pitchers step on the mound hoping it works.

Mine step in the circle, on the mound knowing what they’re doing.

And that changes everything.

This isn’t about throwing more.
It’s about understanding more.

Because when a pitcher understands…
she doesn’t have to force confidence—
it shows up naturally.

It’s clarity!

If your daughter is working hard but still looks unsure on the mound…

That’s the gap.

And it’s fixable.

Comment PITCHER and I’ll show you how I develop this, one pitch at a time.

05/05/2026

This may shock you but—
Confidence is a result —
not a starting point.

If your daughter struggles with confidence on the mound…
it’s not random.

It’s not personality.
It’s not “just nerves.”

It’s a lack of clarity.

When pitchers understand what they’re doing and why…
confidence shows up naturally.

Fix that…
and everything changes.

05/04/2026

This is where most pitchers quietly get stuck.

They’re working hard.
They’re showing up.
They’re doing everything they’re told…

…and still not getting better.

Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re not trying.

But because no one has ever slowed it down enough for it to actually click.

So they repeat… without understanding.
They adjust… without clarity.
They grind… without progress.

And eventually?
Confidence starts to slip.

That’s the difference.

When a pitcher finally understands how to move—
everything changes.

Not just mechanically…
but mentally too.

If you are ready for your daughter to experience training her pitching with clarity…
