Show up for yourself. Today, tomorrow, the next day, and forever..
Currently running on 3 h and 45 m of sleep, and technically on “vacation” in South Florida, which made it even harder to get up and get after it..
Last night, I knew I was going to bed late, and I knew I was sacrificing sleep, but I also knew that whatever BS excuses my soft inner thoughts wanted to tell me couldn’t keep me away from getting up and making it happen..
Own everything in your world. The success. The failures. The late nights. The early mornings. EVERYTHING..
If this was your last Monday, how would you be remembered? As someone who attacked the day, earned the sunrise, and ended the day with a winning total or someone that let the day run them and performed substantially under their human potential..
Quit making excuses for yourself and go make it happen!.

NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU!!.
2019. I was working in sales for the Phoenix Suns, working long hours, making little money, and eating A LOT. Granted, I was still working out a lot, but that didn’t offset my poor eating habits..
1st picture, I’m sitting at 238 lbs, heaviest I’ve ever been, and no real change in sight. Running on the hamster wheel of corporate America..
Fast forward to June of 2021, just finishing up a dirty bulk period, I wanted to get back into a cut!.
Picture 2, sitting at 214 lbs in June 2021, and progress photos from just this morning at 193.6 lbs..
Picture 3, is from when we started The DMac Method 120 Day Transformation Challenge on Sept 1st 2021 and ended today..
We had so many amazing transformations and you can to this year if you quit feeling sorry for yourself and finally step up to the plate and make it happen for no one other than YOU..
Don’t be a statistic in February after motivation fails. Be a statistic next January when you crush every goal you set out for yourself!💪🏼.

Ahh, the smell of a New Year right around the corner. You know what that means? Once midnight hits on January 1st and the ball drops, that means you are going to receive the gift of motivation, inspiration, self-discipline, and the overall gift of all around personal development..
(Cue Derek’s sarcasm).
In all seriousness, I urge you to take today, and the rest of 2021 to truly understand who you are, where you are, and where you want to go. As you can tell from the photo above, I take my planning pretty seriously. Some may call it psychotic or think I’m an absolute lunatic, but those that see this as the new norm are the Kingdom Entrepreneurs I will be surrounding myself with in 2022..
We have dreams. We have goals. We have ambitions. But, we also have those days where we don’t want to work towards any of that. We have those lonely nights where no one else believes in what we’re building as much as we do, and we have the self-doubt. .
When you understand how to control your emotions during those times and still take deliberate action towards your dream regardless of how you feel is what separates the 0.01% from the 1% and the 1% from the 5% and the 5% from the 99% that will have 1 month of motivation in 2022 and then give in..
So, with that being said, get a goal, get a plan, and GET AFTER IT. No one is coming to save you in the New Year..

It's that special time of the year! Ending Q4, prepping our goals for the New Year, hitting end-of-year quotas, finishing up quarterly projects, and planning for 2022..
I'd argue, it's the most underrated time of the year. I like to spend this time fine-tuning my Master Plan for the New Year, and get my accountability partners in place! .

Are you being careful and safe with your goals? .
Are you setting goals that you know will be easy and won’t push you out of your comfort zone?.

Is this really gonna be your best year or will you give it a good 30 days and settle with AVERAGE?.

Im breaking barriers. Im going to be one of the most respected coaches and property managers in my space and I am going to impact every person I meet through my undeniable faith in Christ and my core values that I built these small businesses on..
