🔥Jack Press
🔥Jump rope

4-5 rounds for the win.

All things Healing✨ That's what's always been your portion.

After a 48 hour bug, I'm thankful today. Not just to be feeling back to normal. But for the opportunity to feel gratitude in a way that is often escaped by me.

Being in good health consistently is a blessing placed far above many others.

But just like light without darkness, good without evil, or happiness without sadness...

you never really get to appreciate good health quite as much as you do when you're under the weather.

For that I'm thankful today.

This weekend felt like Jordan's flu game. There's simply too much on my plate right now to be under the weather.

So we get up.
And wee keep going.

Let's make it a winning week 💪🏾
