It’s always good when I can share my story and how I got started in the fitness industry!


This past Tuesday morning I was the leader of a run for the World Trade Center Association Global Business Forum. I had the opportunity to meet people from all over and talk heath and fitness. I think we forget how much of an impact living a healthy lifestyle really can be for other individuals.
